I took the entire course, paid for the certification option and have not since been sent or been able to find or access the actual examination link. Customer service has not been able to help and are currently “investigating”. In the meantime I’m just told I don’t have access to the promised 3 month trial version if I don’t take the exam and pass. BUT WHERE IS THE EXAM? Anyone else have this issue?
